Management bullied POC (specifically black employees), made it hard to do daily work, micromanaging, no trust, constantly harassing through emails, management lies tonHR about employees and HR backs them up. Reporting to ethics and compliance was no help because their investigation is internal and they’re going to cover it up. Apparently, according to someone from management, they have history of harassing previous employees until they quit. If they don’t quit they fire you on lies. I would never work for this company if they paid me 500,000/yr. protect your peace. If they tell you it’s a family environment then RUN!
