      Unlike many other companies, COOK actually holds to their company values, and foster a supportive and productive work environment . The emphasis of work life balance, and health and wellness in their employees was refreshing.

      Fast Growth of the company can lead to somewhat chaotic physical work environment at times.

      The company has a large scope without many levels above or below you, so even as a new hire, you are able to contribute very readily out of the gate. 401K benefits are matched up to 4% and are 100% vetted right away.

      Cons

      The company is small, so the teams can feel tight knit and hard to warm up to at first. Pay is below industry standard.
