The company needs to walk the talk in terms of properly compensating their outside sales reps. Year after year, low pay not meeting industry standards is addressed and to deaf ears. Pay your people what they’re worth. Stop worrying about the bottom line more than what your employees are truly worth. Start rewarding longevity...it’s an absolute shame that new recruits are paid higher salaries while leaving veteran employees with lower salaries... this clearly does not incentivize talented reps to stay here.

No opportunity to move up and have growth in your department. Treated as employees or numbers. The "family company" is an appearance only and told to just do your job. HR is not supportive of the staff under management and although training is done to not have hostile work environment or retaliation, people warn you about speaking up with specific executives. Hourly employees are treated way below executives and have less opportunities.
