      Great benefits, company car, PTO

      Cons

      This company is slow to change, struggles with product production, expects miracles for the sales team. The worst is the management, favoritism, good-ol’boys club, to many long term people, need to embrace change and new ideas.

      Great people, family like atmosphere. Takes care of the employees and tries to develop a healthy work environment. Low employee turnover.

      Cons

      Established employee and management staff are high school educated, are slow to change, the company does not train employees on world class business principles, they have not kept up with industry training and development.

      Training is extensive. Fellow District managers were supportive.

      Cons

      Stale and unmotivating environment. No leadership. No inspiration. No innovation in the division I worked in. Pay is reflective of this environment. No real opportunity to make bonus. Products are outdated and not supported in the field if there are problems.
