Pros
The benefits are wonderful and fellow co-workers are great. Regular opportunities for a wage increase. Gym and cafeteria on site for employees' use.
Cons
Office politics are questionable. I've seen employees who had no high school diploma managing employees who have higher education degrees. Romantic relationships between employees are not particularly discouraged and if management thinks that you know too much about some shady practices, your employment is terminated and you are banned from ever again stepping foot on their property.
