      The company trained me on every single task I had very well, and in the end the gave me the opportunity to prove myself when they were trying new tolls and tasks...

      Cons

      Salaries are low, and not being a privatly limited company there is no pressure over the managements, teams are not pushed enough to do better, because their management it is so relax.
