      Small city , 9-5 job, Midwestern culture, balanced work life, strong old brand , ok company to start career with

      Cons

      No new product development, dried up product pipeline , regressive thinking , zero career development , old systems in place, low pay , no project timelines, management has no idea about future market needs.

      Pros

      Great insurance & car program. All business expenses paid directly. I am not the middle man for Amex bills.

      Cons

      Low pay, almost no recognition for big achievements, keep people around that don't work and need to be fired. Old boys club for sure. No upward mobility in sales.

      Literally none whatsoever. The cons outweigh the pros

      Cons

      Management bullied POC (specifically black employees), made it hard to do daily work, micromanaging, no trust, constantly harassing through emails, management lies tonHR about employees and HR backs them up. Reporting to ethics and compliance was no help because their investigation is internal and they’re going to cover it up. Apparently, according to someone from management, they have history of harassing previous employees until they quit. If they don’t quit they fire you on lies. I would never work for this company if they paid me 500,000/yr. protect your peace. If they tell you it’s a family environment then RUN!
