      Pros

      Excellent benefits if you can stomach the false accusations, racism, lgbt-phobia long enough to make it 8 weeks.

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere (Bonding department). Management takes work-related questions as threats. Managers thrive on the misery of their employees.

      Go With Another Company. They repeat over and over how great this company is...that tells you somethings wrong.

      Bonus Program, 401K, Paid Time Off

      Cons

      Terrible Leadership. Acts Like Children, Disrespectful to employees who give 120% and only treat you kind if you tell lies or get other co workers in trouble for kinder-garden issues. No matter how well you do your job or how good of an employee you are, if the boy scout troop does not like you, you will be picked on until you quit. Retaliation if you go to HR. Leadership makes sure you are afraid and will suffer consequences if you go above them and tell how you are being treated unfairly. Management will not go to employees to get the true facts.

      Pros

      Some excellent colleagues. If you're not that engaged or interested in your work, and you'd prefer to spend all day on Facebook, you can probably still get by fine. (Not sure that that's a pro, though...)

      Cons

      A lot of people are very unmotivated. An old-boys-club mentality that has permeated the company has lead to mediocrity and complacency among some employees, nasty political infighting among others, and despair among those left out. Some folks are incredibly hard working and excellent to work with; it just depends on whether you find the right group.
