Pros

Some good employees. But they can get better potential elsewhere. Don’t waste their talents here let them grow and move on

Cons

Pay is not correct. Bonus structure is not correct you don’t have any control over your P&Ls, cost of product. Force shipped items non stop in bulk. Worked at 2 locations motivated to spread knowledge. If your a manager who doesn’t really care and just wants to clock in and out borderline keep your job then this is the place for you. If your intelligent, have passion, clean working, and want to move up just stay away don’t waste your time

Pros

Really, the pay is ok. If you work over 65 hours, pay is good. Most of the People that work there are very good workers and fun people to be around.

Cons

Required you to work 65+ hours. People decided when they wanted to show up and milk sits outside for almost 2 hours in 70 degree climate and could possibly spoil. The tone certain people talk to you with wasn't pleasant, especially if you are the type to pick up on body language. If you have a family, this isn't a job for you.
