Long hours, long pay.

Pros

Between the long hours, quarterly bonuses, as well as random sales goals bonuses, your potential yearly income can be nearly double your base pay.

Cons

The long hours. Any bonus you accrue is because you literally worked 55-60 hours a week, 11-12 hours a day, sometimes 7 days in a row. Your days off may fall early in the week, leading to situations where your next days off the following week are Friday/Saturday, meaning 7-8 days later.

Pros

The food is pretty good

Cons

Only 50% of Food Can't use your phone even if its slow or to check the time Most of coworkers working 45+ hours a week for $8.50 an hour Was never properly trained and got in trouble for not doing things I hadn't been told to do , like calling out orders for examples. Took days of working as cashier to be taught how to use the cash register properly.
