Pros

PTO based on tenure (1-2 years) =2weeks (3-4 years) = 3weeks 5+ weeks =4weeks 4

Cons

-end of doing the opposite of what is said @ interview & orientation - no active communication throughout company i.e policy changes, growing concerns, etc - must have @ least 10hrs of overtime for ur paycheck to be “worth” the stress & hassle of the company -hire/promote/increase pay based on favoritism & personal preference not work ethic, company knowledge, etc -priorities misplaced i.e( wont fix store foundation that causes leaks to produce .5ft of standing water on the floor but stresses crew to tuck in their shirts) •Locations do not have HOT WATER •No working HEAT/AC UNITS •None of food coolers are working and regulating temp

Pros

As a straight, white male, there are zero pros.

Cons

If you aren't black, you aren't getting hired here. I have a LIFETIME of restaurant management. I've been interviewed twice for their MiT program, and been the only white person there. District level and above is all white, but in-store positions are only for black people. There's one just north of here, in an 85% white area, and every single employee is black, as is the staff of every one of their restaurants in this state.
