This is by far the worst company I've ever worked for.
Pros
Best quality fast food i've had. Teamwork atmosphere with the crew was very strong..
Cons
No computers so all records are kept on paper. The politics were worse than anywhere I've worked, and you're set up to lose bonuses/be terminated for very small things. Labor/waste records at the store were always different from the ones they showed in meetings. People who transferred out of my store were still being included in my store's labor cost, which directly affected my profit share. These numbers were never corrected with them. Upper management is very rude, on a few occasions I received an all-caps fax from the corporate office when my office worker's fax machine wouldn't receive an invoice/deposit slip demanding I fax it to them "IMMEDIATELY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!", directly from the second in command of the entire company. When I called the office to explain the fax might not have gone through and the slip itself was already on its way to the office the response was like they were accusing me of stealing the deposit, without actually saying it. No quality of life as a manager. You're overworked and unappreciated.
