Pros

Room for advancement. Plenty of shifts available

Cons

17$ an hour for training with the promise of a salaried income after. I never received a raise. They have a very strict training process. I was enthusiastic about having a 'bible' of rules and guide to operations. After weeks of intense training and tests, I realised that very few rules were actually implemented. Many times there would be inconsistencies in said policies from manager to manager or store to store. When I expressed my concern to upper management, the response was basically that my training and abilities were the cornerstone of change and that i was valuable in making the necessary changes. This, while not promoting me after the training program nor increasing my salary as promised. Also there is absolutely no work/home life balance. I did not meet one manager that was able to juggle a household that supported 2 working parents.
