Pros

Good people, generally a good place to be on a daily basis. With experience and tenacity you can do well. Career oppotunities are great on managerial levels.

Cons

Start at minimum pay which makes it difficult to stay long enough to climb to the top. Career opportunities for crew members were referred to in general, but not presented to me as such.
