      Pros

      The culture at CSG is amazing, I love working with the team here. The management team has excellent communication skills, and to be apart of a company that is constantly at the forefront of the industry and on the cutting edge of technology is an amazing experience.

      Cons

      There are moments where CSG can get in their own way with processes and not seeing the full picture regarding the ripple effect but they always bounce back and adjust as needed.
