      Nepotism is real! Favoritism with family members is evident. New hires with no experience are coming in making more than a 8 year employee.

      This is a good spot for people who are just entering the tech world and want to get their feet wet. Lots of knowledgeable people on the team and the management treats employees well with weekly pizza days, game rooms for breaks, and a team attitude

      Vertical movement seems to be a challenge, alongside substantial pay increases.
