A Changing Culture

Pros

Cook Systems is putting people first above revenue and profits. That is rare in a time when everything is about increasing profits and generating revenue for owners and stock holders. Cook has adopted 3 basic principles, Integrity, Investment and Innovation. These principles are driving the future of Cook and the way they do business.

Cons

An old reputation that is sometimes hard to change.
