Pros

None that can be thought of at this point

Cons

Company is 'folding' into the sister company, which means mass layoffs and low morale. The people left to do the work are all looking elsewhere and trying get off the sinking ship.

Pros

GlassDoor suggests I should consider discussing company values and culture here, both of which were horrible.

Cons

Company culture or lack thereof; Lack of vision; Bad office energy; Upper management doesn't know what they're doing as Target tries to absorb the company instead of treat it like a separate entity; Internal teams are rude to each other
