Pros

Being a small company there is not much hierarchy, good for beginners as everybody does everything. Management likes to maintain work-life balance.

Cons

No process in place for anything. Management depend on single individual for all technical advises. Need a strong development manager to lead and deliver high quality software product.

Pros

Excellent work life balance, casual culture, easy access to senior management

Cons

Lots of shortsightedness, incompetence, poor decision making, misplaced priorities. Should have been strongly profitable long ago.
