      Pros

      Work for yourself pretty much. You're out by yourself all day so you're not under a boss's nose or anything like that.

      Cons

      A lot of responsibility and mental stress. It's not hard labor by any means but the stress can get to you sometimes if you're not careful. You don't really get paid equal for the amount of work you do.

      Pros

      Working with people and helping customers. Make your own schedule. Generally a good place to work and learn to work with your service department. They will make you money.

      Cons

      Commission / draw pay schedule is tough. You really have to get creative with existing customers and force sales of them. Corporate is always pushing for more money. All about the money..
