Awesome company with great integrity

Family environment with honesty and clear expectations. Fair wages. I believe the best training in the industry. COOK'S promotes from within.

Cons

Hours are long through the entire year. There is some micro management which can be uncomfortable but doesn't bother me because I do my job and do it well.

Work for yourself pretty much. You're out by yourself all day so you're not under a boss's nose or anything like that.

Cons

A lot of responsibility and mental stress. It's not hard labor by any means but the stress can get to you sometimes if you're not careful. You don't really get paid equal for the amount of work you do.
