Pros
Ok benefits , but they are never really explained to employees . Toooo Christian Based...Too much.. & I go to Church twice weekly :) Solid training program. Cooks needs to spend time & invest in explaining to new hires about ALL the benefits they offer their employees.....ie at Huntsville in School . Benefit book is out of date....and lose ....and very generic .
Cons
Hours !!! Nobody in Sales works Less than 60 hours @ week. Required !!! 6 days aweek....a lot of sales staff push 0ver 70 hours weekly. Must be at work by 7:30 am dail & go til 7/8 pm many days.. Sat by 8:30 am It's a grinder...it wears people down overtime. I would compare to hour commitment & past pace....too a Manger of a fast food restaurant .
