Health care, weekends and holidays off

Cons

Getting paid on the 15th and last day of the month, if you get paid that way check should be more, 13 month charge back's !!!! Having to sell 15,000 before you make any commission, if you make quota in 3 months you've paid for Your salary in your car but still no more money.

Money you earn is based on the type of accounts you are assigned, which are not up to you. So if you don't know the right person, then you won't get handed good accounts, hence less money.
