      It's okay for Blue Collar work

      Pros

      As with any blue collar work in this day and age, you can make a lot of money if you stick with it. It's interesting work for sure, keeps you on your toes and fun if you enjoy diagnostics and troubleshooting a large equipment

      Cons

      Unfortunately, you have to give your life away for 40 hours a week. Can't make plans because chances are you won't be home at 5. On-call schedule is a week once every 6 weeks or so. Lots of favoritism shown. If you like anything that isn't money, this ain't it.

      Pros

      The pay is great, but the hours are long. Most of the people I work with are great good people good camaraderie mostly like a family environment, which is awesome in the workplace.

      Cons

      There’s too much fighting amongst the supervisors Too many chiefs, and not enough Indians also, there’s a very strong power-play going on amongst supervisors.

      Pros

      Getting paid on time. Why do you put a minimum number of word characters in a survey that’s the stupidest thing on earth. I am not going to give you 150 words. I am just going to talk nonsense because that’s a stupid thing to do on a survey.

      Cons

      CoolSys doesn’t care about or trust its employees. Cameras in vehicles watching them. It’s an invasion of privacy and shows that they don’t care about us, they just care about money.
