Pros

Benefits and pay are very good. There is no drama which was a nice change for me. Everyone seems to get along very well. Getting paid from the moment I get in the van to the time I get home is important that was nice when that got changed.

Cons

Work life balance is a little hard especially when on call. We don’t have enough technicians to keep the up so have to be on call all the time. And when on call you almost always work no matter what. Would be nice to be rewarded with more vacation with all the overtime worked.

Pros

Job security and current benefits including insurance as well as a decent retirement plan. I also like working with the group of technicians we have. Not being a UNION contractor and no push to become one.

Cons

Remove corporate control and allow the companies that were successful to continue to operate as they were and give back the bonuses to the employees who actually make the company money instead of allowing corporate big wigs to fill their pockets. Provide training to the employees for the equipment they are asked to work on instead of setting them up to fail. Stop forcing nonsense onto those who don't need babysitting and cut loose the ones who do.

Making a paycheck and the people I work with. I would love more training and a good raise that matches other companies in this field of work. Feel g more like a family instead of just a number would also be nice.

Cons

Getting help with HR problems and paperwork.
