      Easy to get into if you're desperate for a job

      Cons

      - Promise of day 1 GC is a lie, it takes a lot more time to finish because of intentional stalling. - They give any excuse to convince you they can't move forward with your gc even if it's not logical - In those 2-3 years to get your gc they will make you work extra and you'll loose at least 100k for low wages compared to market - They treat you however they want because they know you can't leave while waiting for your gc
