They are lairs..they will accept all your demands at the time of joining but will ask you for money to run the payroll when you are on bench...They will not think much to fire you if you are on bench for some more days. They will start your green-card immediately after joining as they can get hold of you for next 7-8 years and suck your blood giving you the least salary. Their health insurance is too high and you turn spending around 10,000 for an year which is not at all of its worth . Never ever believe them and look out for some another safe options.
