Pros

Copa Health is truly a great place to work. For eight years now I have been a part of this ever expanding company. The leadership team at Copa has allowed me many opportunities to grow professionally and I would not be where I am today without their mentorship and support.

Cons

There are no cons to working for Copa. Even through the pandemic, Copa has continued to grow. There were no furloughs and staff are being given raises based on their yearly performance appraisals. The safety and well-being of both employees and those we serve is their highest priority during this time. The leadership at Copa is flexible and understanding all the while still motivating staff to do their best.
