Pros
Work is good and easy, but the management makes it hard for employees to work with their worst management and lack of knowledge in regards to process and work.
Cons
Worst management, they treat team members as children and do micro management be it even about where they are sitting and also do not have any concern about the employees, if the employee is saying that having health issue will not send home, they will only send when they want to and team leads body shame employees and on their health conditions. Very high favoritsm, will not take any action on the employees who do anything or be good , but all the actions are taken against those who works sincerely.
