Flexible schedule, very convenient for students and young people. Lots of bonuses and production incentives result in decent pay. Great people

Cons

It's just a part time job - no benefits, minimum room for advancement. It's also kinda boring.

Flexible work schedule, 16 hours a week, manager was very flexible if I needed to take time off

Cons

Constantly sitting, if logged off the computer for more than 4-5 minutes had to take a 30 min break, gets very tiring after a while

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed our unparalleled scheduling flexibility, competitive pay model, and relaxed atmosphere. We are, however, sorry that you found the job itself boring, strenuous, and ultimately wouldn't recommend the job to others. We allow for and encourage taking 30-minute breaks as needed and we have a variety of equipment options now to help mitigate any bodily discomfort while typing. Each office has begun holding regular activities and events to counteract the monotony and lack of interaction that comes standard with production-based jobs.
