Easy repetitive work. The hours were nice.

Cons

They run this place like a boot camp. They act like their culture is laid back but it is not really true. They will slowly start watching you, taking screenshots of your away time on Skype if it is more than 10 min to send to upper management, and staring you down when you get up to go to the bathroom. Favoritism is pretty bad, but even if you are the favorite you are at the mercy of the Team Lead's mood.
