Management was always helpful. There were plenty of training classes and materials made available. Hours were regular and staff was encouraged to work matters out amoung themselves without getting bossezms involved.

Cons

When understaffed, there didnt seem to always be a rush to replace emplpyees. Additional workload was just dispursed amoung other staff indefinately.

Pros

Free coffee and tea. Clean modern office space with free parking. Nice amenities in the area. Not much else to add

Cons

Poor/no training, leadership is disappointing, redundant work processes, computer systems are not geared to do the type of work being done, workload is too high, benefits do not begin for 90 days and are much more expensive than other companies. Employee turnover is very high and morale is low. Very toxic environment.
