they offer a flex schedule and flex time
Cons
they have HORRIBLE communication, rules only apply to certain employees, supervisors are not personable and do not coach, training is done by many different people instead of one designated person, they play favorites, the pay is loooooow, you have to fight to take your earned vacation or sick time, very unorganized.
