      Opportunity for bonus per hours worked

      Cons

      Many case managers requested an opportunity for national certifications that corporate staff advised we can receive. When requested CM's were shot down for the certification by direct supervisor. In addition there is unfair and unfounded treatment conducted by certain staff. This treatment has been confirmed by colleagues.

      40 hours a week. Paid sick, and vacation time.

      Cons

      The management is very petty. You don't move up by working hard, you move up by sucking up the the uppers. There is constantly problems with nit picking, and micro managing. The pay sucks, you're supposed to get a review for a raise every year, but the management is so lazy you're lucky if it ever happens. I was there for over 2 years, and never even got a review. If you're looking for a supervisor,or manager to work hard, and take their job seriously, look somewhere else. Anywhere else. You'll be treated with more respect working at McDonald's.
