There was somewhat of a worklife balance

Cons

There is a lot of nepotism. The management hires mostly friends and family. In my department most people were family or family friends so they are never held accountable. There is a huge double standard.

You can make your own hours, as long as you arrive timely (specific to Denver office). Close working environment where everyone is friendly and helpful.
