None. This is by far the worst company I've worked for as a claims handler. Certain employees get favorable treatment.

Cons

Terrible benefits, terrible compensation of experienced adjusters. Management plays favorites among a small team of individuals. Morale is low.

Cons

Micro-managing, production demands, cost of insurance and deductibles, Work waits (aka minimal coverage for vacations), non-respectful and disrespectful treatment from immediate supervisor and a general lack of demonstrated appreciation for professional employees.
