Pros

Good pay, coworkers are great, you learn a lot about healthcare.

Cons

Better employees are expected to pick up the slack of other less skilled/incompetent employees. No room for advancement unless you're a pharmacist.

Pros

It's tests your spirit and patience. It's a job that pays- not well, but it pays. Give you the drive to look for something better.

Cons

Where to begin... Corporate red tape and personal favors makes people managers over departments with no experience. Managers needs to be knowledgeable of their departments and NOT ignorant or contentious. Listen to their employees and understand SOP and procedure. Don't be mentally and physically abusive to your employees are always a good place to start.
