Pros

After being bought out by CVS, benefits improved drastically: Medical, Dental and Vision; 401k match up to 5% of paycheck; some managers support staff - very little micro-managing

Cons

Office politics among admin level employees with little or no punishment for troublemakers; frequent communication problems among departments and from corporate office; little to no opportunity for advancement, especially for non-clinical staff; medical records teams are a mess

Pros

Some good people to work with.

Cons

Understaffed.. Extremely long hours.. Burnt out employees.. High staff turn over rates.. Good and hard working employees leave due to management's lack of appreciation and unfulfilled promises.
