      Pros

      Great opportunity to apply clinical skill for patient pharmaceutical care. Interactions with patients and other healthcare professionals can be very positive for patient outcomes.

      Cons

      Can be fast paced at times. The management, example paying subcontractors is difficult. The inventory manage process is cumbersome and the software tiring it to billing should have a better interface. Scanning inventory from delivery slips would eliminate a lot of "COG" errors.

      Pros

      Company allows overtime and has decent store operation hours. Pay is great and overtime is unlimited.

      Cons

      Communication is horrible in the company and half time you are thrown into a job without being fully trained. Leadership is quick to yell that calls are holding while you are on the phone, but slow to take supervisor calls. They stress the importance of instant messenger but when you utilize it, you hardly get a reply back.

      Pros

      Substantial amount of training is given, large diverse workforce, vacation time was above most company standards and flex time was available

      Cons

      They don't value employees. A recurrent statement was 20% of employees do 80% of the work. Unfortunately, this is true and the good productive employees move on because they aren't valued.
