Pros

Offers pretty big expense account. Sales team members helps out one another.

Cons

Management doesn't care about their employees. They do not provide any support for their team, new and existing employees.

You do get paid. Not very much, though.

Cons

VPs should worry more about the company than their own self-image. One senior VP is especially laughable. She got the Senior VP title because she has been working at Coram since she got out of nursing school (decades ago), but still does the work of a secretary. Her greatest executive skill is Excel spreadsheets. This makes her very suspicious and actually jealous of other women who may well know more than she does, which leads to bullying.

Pros

Multiple educational opportunities are available for specialty certifications, CE's and general advancement of knowledge base. Many experienced professionals available as resources.

Cons

Lack of appreciation for individuals that work the hardest, from field staff to managers. Pay increases are few and limited; may work here for several years without any appreciable increase in pay. Lack of coordination with computer systems. Too much turnover in staff.
