Pros

Working autonomously, easy paperwork, flexible schedule

Cons

Nurse manager filters every decision through her emotions, moderately skilled and micromanages all the nurses; preferential treatment for some but none for others. Many other nurses have expressed that the rn manager does not support them, only criticisms and blames. Unfortunately the branch manager also has moods that run very dark and she can be very nasty. This is not a nurturing environment I don't think they care about the patients.
