Pros

Salary and commission potential are good.

Cons

My branch had terrible communication skills and I always felt like everyone was looking for ways to get me fired rather than working together for customer/patient satisfaction. I was very open with opinions and suggestions/ideas, which was not received well, in fact, theywere probably taken as threatening to their positions!

Pros

Due to the nature of this business, it is almost innate that you will become a member of the family - the majority of employees do care for one another and their personal growth.

Cons

Coram's leadership and culture truly tries to put their patients first and employees second, but too often those parties are ignored and the leadership is found to be the primary focus on decision making.
