Pros

It's a home infusion company and there are not that many companies around in this field. If you're desperate, I'd say take it until another opportunity opens up.

Cons

"corporate" breaths down your neck all time. As a clinician you have no freedome to make a "clinical" judgment", everything needs to be approved by the clinical servives whcin is run by a bunch of power freak people who have no respect for others.

Pros

My location and management team are excellent hard working, caring people that do not at all fit in with the 'Coram' world.

Cons

Executive management team is from another planet. Expected to produce with no training, support, communication, compensation or respect. It literally takes an act from a higher power to hire, fire or get any support. Processes are CONSTANTLY changing and it seems that operations is always in constant chaos! Lots of talk with no action. MILLIONS of dollars are foolishly spent on projects that go NOWHERE. Jobs keep getting sent to India to reduce/'balance' workload, while those of us here in the US are still doing the same, if not more work trying to pick up after the Indians. It's complete insanity and was better off before Blackstone.

Pros

Flexibility with requesting time off

Cons

Not a lot of communication for Upper, Upper Management. You would discover changes that would occur by accident. You would ask management about these changes and you would be told that the information is not accurate but then two months down the line the change would occur. This occurred at least three times.
