Not enough staff, overworked, zero raises. They don't give raises for hard workers so don't even try. They take advantage of workers who work hard and try to add more to their workload without pay, and zero opportunities for growth. I'd rather work for less money for a company that treats their workers well than get paid only a tiny bit more so that they can just take advantage of you.
