      You have complete autonomy over your schedule. The base pay is excellent. The mileage check you get every week is amazing!

      nobody checks on you the training sucks and you don't know what you're doing in your job because they don't even train you correctly. Had me in training with a bunch of people that were not doing the same position as me. only 2 weeks of training and after that did not check up on anyone.
