      Enjoyed the work and pay.

      Cons

      No team atmosphere and management not in place long enough to get to know you. Upper management not in touch with what is going on in house and only concerned with the numbers, not quality of work and patient care. Few learning opportunities. Reviews are not take seriously.

      A paycheck and that's about it.

      Was provided absolutely no training and was expected to know it all on my first day. My wonderful hiring manager was replaced by an absolutely crazy lady about a month into my tenure. Would have never taken the position if she was the hiring manager. She was certifiable. Odd affect and jealous of every female that crossed her path.
