Pros

Benefits were okay For the most part, coworkers were great

Cons

- Pay was mediocre - management could not figure out how to effectively run the branch - unnecessary additions to an already heavy workload while continuously under staffed - no accountability - toxic work environment - employees were often brought on not knowing they had to be on call - no support from management

Big picture company with many metrics

Pros

Strong long term employees and many dedicated people that work to create solutions for patients and branch.

Cons

Very metrics driven. Company wants to and means to develop work life balance but this is challenging with opposing metrics of sales and operations. The path to yes will and does come with a cost.
