      If you aren't one of them they do not care about you what so ever

      Cons

      Basically a business run by friends and if you aren't one of the top people, they do not care about you at all. Worst company I have ever worked for. Racism is Rampant. Only work here if you are White.

      Corbins Electric fully supports feedback and understands the value of having channels that provide anonymity. We have made many improvements to who we are as a company this way. However, this post we feel is different. This accusation is false and harmful to not only Corbins as a company but is hurtful to everyone who works here. We are extremely proud of our very diverse workforce and have zero tolerance for any type of discrimination. Unfortunately no concerns were raised with the company during your tenure about this issue as we would have liked to been given the chance to resolve your concern personally and not publicly.

      I’ve had a great experience at Corbins

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great! The employees that work here are nice people who have a mutual respect for one another. Any employee I’ve interacted with would stop what they’re doing if I needed help with something and I would do the same for them. Everyone inside the Phoenix office gets along and even if some people don’t you’d never know it. Our leadership team goes out of their way to make our work environment enjoyable and comfortable. We have a fully loaded gym and a mini airport cafe in the breakroom with a $1,000 espresso machine and ice machine. People occasionally play ping pong on their breaks and we have company potlucks on holidays. They buy groceries for us every week, and stock the kitchen with fruits, milk, coffee, tea and hot chocolate! Talk about spoiled... My boss is so good to me, She’s taken our team out on quarterly lunches to nice restaurants and not to mention she is so understanding if I ever need to take time off. The partners of the company have been down to earth and have treated me with respect.

      Cons

      The only con I would say is sometimes the company doesn’t communicate with us enough and that leaves room for people to speculate and spread rumors of what they think is going on behind the scenes

      Thank you, we love to hear this kind of feedback! I am glad you are enjoying the atmosphere and your teammates, that's a big part of what makes going to work enjoyable. We hear you on the communication side and will keep working on ways to communicate more often and more openly. We are also working on a new review process that will hopefully give you a lot of feedback and communication on a more routine basis than once a year. Be on the look out for that!
