There are no pros to this company

Cons

Don't trust anyone in management. They only want a "yes" worker. They say they value everyones opinion but they don't, only mangement. Huddles are a waste of time which become popularity contest among each other. They try and advertise family and their so called "core values" instead a cut throat company. Most of these reviews are from management, asking individuals or "yes" worker to take part in washing out the negative reviews. Favoritism or nepotism. Martin co. or Thompson co. Figure it out.

Pros

The culture at Corbins is amazing. I truly feel like I have opportunities to learn, grow and make an impact (on the company and within the industry). I feel like Corbins is an extended family where I am valued employee and not just another number.

Cons

The nature of the business is cyclical so there are some ebbs and flows - however, that is fairly standard for construction industry as a whole

Great company Great culture everyone is willing to help don't have much bad to say

but I do have some bad they are two steps short of having the company name changed to Thompson electric since I was there one of the bosses has had 2 relatives hired and has had them fast tracked beyond the people that were hired with them or hired before them I get looking out for your own but lets be real this is supposed to be a professional institution that recognizes value not relation. maybe I am a disgruntled ex employee but professionalism should carry
