      Pay is good depending on position.

      Cons

      Work 6-7 days a week. Very bad at communicating. Mgt says one thing and does another. Unprofessional HR. No advice from this site will be taken by mgt.

      They say we want to train everybody and if anyone wants to be trained we will train them not true lies lies somebody doesn't fit here they'll put them somewhere else again lies lies they have A morning huddle which says i'm a bull for the company

      That is not Corbins I know form experience they will let you go in a heartbeat because they put me in the wrong position and they let me go in a heartbeat because they just hire put those stupid billboards up saying it's a career not just a job bull. I could've done so much for Corbin's . Corbin's is nothing but lies lies lies. They're just looking to get through the Intel. Liars they don't want permanent employees they want fake employees

      Invests in employee advancement and education, Great company culture-core values driven workforce, leadership embraces new ideas and process improvement options And takes action on them (LEAN 8 waste), utilizes technology, recognizes achievments and wins as a team, morning huddle meets every morning in the corporate office to discuss and address important topics while allowing all employees the opportunity to lead it and share a motivational/inspirational experience of choice. Lots of projects and growth = BUSY! w/ a lot of overtime opportunity. Ceo and executive leadership create lasting relationships with employees, safety is a priority w/ regular on/off training,

      Growing pains, Field employee culture isnt as strong as office employee culture. Core values are taken less serious on the job site, inconsistent in regards to disciplinary action. Health insurance is expensive and unaffordable for many, vacation time can't be used until after one year,
